LIMITED TIME: $3,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus paid at 90 days, 6 months & 12 months
$29 per hour base pay
2nd shift includes additional $0.75 shift differential
3rd shift includes additional $4 per hour premium pay for overnight shift
Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time LPN/Care Leaders for 2nd and 3rd shifts, including alternating weekends. Somerfield at The Heritage is a 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility on the beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood in TN. Job Responsibilities
- As an LPN, supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift
- Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls
- Provides direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required
- At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred
- Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
- Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
- Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or approved exemption required
